Red is for Revolution - A solo show by Raymond Daley

Raymond Daley is presenting his latest paintings at the Art Hub Gallery from 11th October to 5th November 2011. The artist uses his individual medium to express his affinity with the nuances of Revolution. He invites discourse and dialogue with the viewer enabling an exuberant and pleasurable ideological analysis.

The art displayed in this exhibition juxtaposes community expectation and the deconstructive aspects of Transnationalism. Influenced by ideas of diversity, modernity and theology Raymond expounds his visual understanding lyrically including poetic interludes which complement the artwork.

 Curated by Raymond Daley

'A room of my own' prints and paintings by Hartash Dale

Hartash Dale is presenting her latest original prints and paintings at the Art Hub Gallery from 9th to 13th of September 2011.

Fleeting emotions, images and sounds merge to form Hartash Dale's cool and elegant prints. Abstractions set in fields of paper make space for the viewer to rest and reflect upon subtle colour harmonies and fragile forms. Editions are limited and small, rarely reaching double figures.

By contrast her paintings are robust and vibrant - a celebration of mark-making and texture. She seems to distil the obvious abandon in her paintings into the delicacy of her screen prints.
